The Golfer's Retreat
An Exceptional Transformation in Coastal Luxury Living

The Golfer's Retreat represents an extraordinary interior transformation, involving extensive masonry and structural steel modifications within an existing multifamily residential building, thoughtfully designed by Joyce Owens Architects and brought to life through exceptional craftsmanship and exquisite finishes, including custom cabinetry by Crystal Cabinets. Every mechanical and electrical system was comprehensively modernized, incorporating low-VOC spray foam insulation, variable-speed air conditioning with dedicated dehumidification, and a sophisticated Lutron lighting control system complemented by a custom photometric lighting design developed with SESCO Lighting.

The residence features a completely new plumbing and propane gas infrastructure, a Navien tankless water heater, two propane-vented fireplaces, and a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. A fully integrated custom audio-video system completes this remarkable renovation, seamlessly blending structural ingenuity, modern technology, energy efficiency, and refined coastal elegance.
