With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, the founder of Waters Edge Building Solutions brings a unique combination of business expertise, hands-on craftsmanship, and extensive custom homebuilding experience to every project.

Holding a bachelor's degree in Finance with an emphasis in Business Management, he began his construction career in the finish trades, owning and operating a successful millwork and hardwood flooring company in the suburbs of Chicago for 12 years. This foundation provided an invaluable understanding of precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality materials, and the importance of working closely with skilled trade professionals.

For the past 20 years, his focus has been on building custom homes, with the last 12 years spent living and working in Southwest Florida. Much of his Florida experience has centered on the construction and extensive remodeling of luxury homes on barrier islands and waterfront properties, where coastal exposure, environmental conditions, and complex construction requirements demand specialized knowledge and thoughtful planning.

This diverse background provides a comprehensive perspective on the building process, combining financial discipline, practical construction knowledge, and a deep appreciation for architectural design and exceptional craftsmanship.
